My badge from San Diego Comic Con. I drew Kami dressed up like super heroine based loosely on one of my favs, Empowered. Mostly cause Matt calls me Whatever Woman and I call him Idunno Man. He may post his XD I don't know.
The con was a blast by the way, a lot of folks seemed to dig on my badge and that was pretty cool. I met a ton of awesome folks and even got to meet my art hero which I felt like a dork in front of cause I was just rattled off. Also, I got Mike Mignola to sign my badge. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. I know that feeling of dorkiness in front of artists all too well. Saw Oeming at WWPhilly this year. I was too shy to say anything outside of "Hi. I'd like to by this." He was cool as hell, too.
Personally, I think he may have sensed my fear. = P
