Description

So I got it into my head that "Hey, Kami's race would use fireworks, right?" Then
I was like "No, that is so lame.." Then thought about it..."They would..if they
were a part of it somehow. So I decided that there were a smaller group of life
dedicated dragons, that basically did all the areial acrobatics and pyrotechnics
for the spring, fall and winter festivals in the city.

They have to be shortish for what they are and fit enough to fly very fast. They
are considered airborne sprinters at most. They're bodies conditioned for making
quick turns and abrupt changes of direction in mid air.

They are split into two groups. The first group are the Pointers. Basically, they
carry the detination charges with them as they fly in specially made gauntlets
letting the burlap sack unclip from the bag with the charge inside. This job is
resereved for the quickest of the Fireworkers. Usually three or four are up in the
air at a time flying far enough away from each other that they don't interfer with
their fellow workers.Their tails are cropped half way to keep them out of the way of
the charges as they fly, their bodys pumped with chemicals to repress mane growth
so there's nothing to get in their eyes, or in the worse cases, catch fire. Their
wings augmented so the feather webbing is replaced with a synthetic skin and bone
framework.

This is by far my most favorite deviation of yours! (tied with the Fireworkers - Breaker) I like how well thought out it is, and the way you drew the dragons themselves, too! I am curious what the difference is between the large dragon in the middle verses the smaller furry char in the corner? I noticed they both had cropped tails... what is the relation of the dragon and the furry?
I like the parchment-paper look as well. Very nice Job.
